**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate sales activities by generating sales reports, tracking sales leads, and updating sales databases.

Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and shipping.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and promotional campaigns.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the sales team.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure that orders are fulfilled on time.

Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or sales support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
