**Job Title**: SCM (Supply Chain Management) Executive

**Experience Required**: 7 months to 1 year

As an SCM Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of the supply chain processes within the organization. This includes coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet the operational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**: Track, manage, and optimize inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply and minimize costs.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance.
- **Order Processing**: Handle order placements, tracking, and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor key supply chain metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data to support strategic decisions.
- **Logistics Support**: Coordinate logistics activities, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies, and maintain accurate documentation.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
