**Job Title**: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant - SCM & Order Management (OM)

**Location**: Onsite
**Experience Required**: 8+ Years
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide functional support and implementation expertise in **Oracle EBS SCM modules**, primarily **Order Management (OM)**, **Inventory (INV)**, **Purchasing (PO)**, **Shipping Execution**, and **Advanced Pricing**.
- Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend system improvements or process optimizations.
- Configure and support OM flows, Drop Shipment, Back-to-Back Orders, Blanket Sales Agreements, ATP, and Shipping processes.
- Prepare functional documents like **MD50, BR100, TE40**, and support UAT.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver RICEW components.
- Assist with Oracle EBS upgrades, patch testing, and production support activities.
- Provide user training, process documentation, and end-user support as required.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 6+ years of functional experience with **Oracle EBS R12** in **SCM and Order Management** modules.
- Strong knowledge of **OM**, **PO**, **INV**, **Shipping**, **Advanced Pricing**, and **Receiving** modules.
- Good understanding of end-to-end **Order to Cash (O2C)** and **Procure to Pay (P2P)** business flows.
- Experience in full lifecycle Oracle implementations and post-production support.
- Familiarity with integrations between OM and other modules like **AR**, **Inventory**, **Shipping**, and **WMS**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Exposure to **Oracle WMS**, **iProcurement**, or **Trade Management** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud** is an added advantage.
- Ability to write and review **functional test cases** and **data validation** scripts.
- Oracle Certification in SCM or OM modules (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
