**Job Title**: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant - Manufacturing & Planning ( **Demand Planning**, **Supply Planning**, **Manufacturing modules**. )

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the functional expert for **Oracle Manufacturing and Planning modules**, including **BOM**, **WIP**, **MRP**, **INV**, **Costing**, and **Quality**.
- Lead workshops with business users to gather and document **demand and supply planning** requirements.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS modules such as:

- **Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)**:

- **Oracle Demand Planning**:

- **Oracle Production Scheduling**:

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing and planning modules.
- Conduct UAT, user training, and create detailed functional documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, and finance to align system capabilities with business needs.
- Support data migration and validation activities during project implementations.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 6+ years of experience as an **Oracle EBS Functional Consultant**.
- Strong functional knowledge of **Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing modules**: BOM, WIP, INV, Costing, MRP.
- Hands-on experience with **Demand Planning**, **Supply Planning**, and **ASCP**.
- Experience in end-to-end **Oracle EBS implementations**, upgrades, and production support.
- Good understanding of **P2P** and **O2C** processes and how they integrate with Manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in preparing **MD50, BR100, and test scripts**.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Exposure to **Oracle Demantra**, **Oracle S&OP**, or **Fusion SCM Cloud** is a plus.
- Experience in **Discrete or Process Manufacturing** environments.
- Familiarity with **PL/SQL** and technical debugging is an added advantage.
- Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist - Manufacturing or Planning (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
