About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle ASCP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Planning, Production Scheduling, and Oracle Demantra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting advanced supply chain planning solutions to optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementations and support of Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) and related modules.

- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and provide functional solutions aligned with best practices.

- Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Production Scheduling.

- Provide expertise in Oracle Demantra for demand forecasting and sales & operations planning.

- Collaborate with technical teams for system customization, data migration, and integration with other ERP systems.

- Support business users during UAT, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities.

- Develop functional design documents (MD50) and review technical design documents (MD70).

- Ensure smooth execution of supply chain planning processes and continuous process improvements.

- Conduct user training and create process documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.

years of functional experience with strong expertise in Oracle ASCP and Oracle Cloud Planning.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra, Production Scheduling, and Supply Chain Planning modules.

- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations or upgrades.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes - demand, supply, inventory, and production planning.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Oracle certifications in SCM/ASCP are an added advantage.
