About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions for global business operations.

This is a remote opportunity, working closely with international clients and cross-functional teams in a late-evening shift aligned with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Order Management and EDI integrations within Oracle SCM.

- Gather and analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and document system configurations.

- Collaborate with technical teams for EDI mapping, integrations, and troubleshooting.

- Manage Oracle SCM configurations including Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, Pricing, Shipping, and Invoicing.

- Handle issue resolution, system enhancements, and performance improvements.

- Support business users across multiple time zones during and after deployment.

- Conduct UAT, training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.

- Work with global teams to ensure seamless coordination between business processes and Oracle applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.

years of functional experience in Oracle SCM applications with a focus on Order Management and EDI.

- Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and related business processes.

- Experience in Oracle Cloud SCM or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments.

- Hands-on experience in EDI integration, troubleshooting, and partner communication.

- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

- Experience in working with onsite-offshore models and supporting global clients.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup during evening shifts.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, and Advanced Pricing modules.

- Oracle SCM Cloud certification.

- Experience in global rollouts and multi-org environments.
