We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the solar industry. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our solar service department by coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining effective communication between our customers and technicians. **Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate service requests and schedule appointments for solar system repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and work performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns, and strive to exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions between installation and service phases.
- Assist in preparing service quotations, work orders, and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor and track service tickets, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all service activities.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of solar products, warranties, and service processes to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance service efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent; additional certification or technical training in solar or renewable energy systems is a plus.
- Proven experience in a service coordination or customer service role, preferably in the solar or related industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and team members.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software, scheduling tools, and
Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of advance Excel/Google sheets is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all service-related tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of solar products, industry trends, and service processes is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
