**What we're looking for**:
We’re looking for a sharp and motivated **Performance Marketing Intern** to join our team in Bangalore. You’ll work closely on **Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads**, and other paid platforms to support our growth initiatives. If you love numbers, have a way with words, and are curious about what makes users click - we’d love to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in launching and managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and more
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards
- Help with ad copy, creatives, and optimization strategies
- Maintain campaign reports and provide actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital and performance marketing

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with numbers and interpreting data
- Good communication - clear thinking and writing
- Interest or basic experience in digital advertising is a bonus
- Must be based in Bangalore and available to work from our Koramangala office
