**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging ad content tailored to Tamil or Kannada audiences.
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns.
- Optimize ads to improve performance metrics, including CAC and ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to enhance results.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in reading and writing Tamil or Kannada is mandatory.
- Passion for content creation and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of ad platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
