**Performance Marketing Intern**

**Role Description**

− As a Performance Marketing Intern you will be working closely with the business and growth teams and will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring the success of all marketing campaigns, with a focus on achieving the highest returns possible

− A hands - on role in which you will develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels and will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.

**As a Performance Marketing Intern you will**

− Drive and execute Performance advertisements on Amazon, Flipkart & other e-commerce marketplaces to accelerate sales
− Analyse and report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
− Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall business objectives
− Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve campaign performance
− Utilize existing data and derive insights to identify potential opportunities for higher revenue generation
− Coordinate with the marketing team to periodically plan and implement new ad campaigns
− Monitor, track and report on key metrics to measure campaign success
− Report results and maintain a database for various brand advertisement performances across various e
- commerce platforms

**You are a great fit if you..**

− Are experienced in executing Performance Marketing campaigns (mandatory)
− Are adept at Excel and Google sheets
− Possess great communication skills
− Have an analytical mindset
− Have a basic understanding of how e - commerce market works
− Are able to effectively create and deliver new campaign ideas
− Have strong organizational skills and can work on several projects at once
− Are experienced in executing Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplace Ads (Preferred not mandatory)
− Have proficiency and a working knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart Ads (Preferred not mandatory)
− Have prior experience in managing advertising campaigns for FMCG brands. (Preferred not mandatory)
− Have worked in media/advertising agencies (Preferred not mandatory)

**Structure**
**- **6 Month Internship | Fulltime offer thereafter based on performance**:

- **Based out of Indiranagar, Bangalore**:

- **5 days working - Hybrid Model with 3 days in office (predefined and mandatory)

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
