Sales Support Executive (International Process)
**Job Overview**:A sales support specialist performs administrative tasks to support the sales team and help them to gain and keep customers. The sales support specialist will also respond to customer complaints and queries and will ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Working closely with manager and completing all allocated tasks.
2. Maintaining and tracking team KRA's.
3. Observing and carrying out sales performance.
4. Preparing deck and excel dashboard as per requirement.
5. Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.
6. Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
7. Scheduling customer meetings and conferences.
**Skills**:
1. Any graduates
2. Excellent written and verbal skills
3. Can do multi-tasking.
4. Self-motivated, with strong attention to details.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
