This Position reports to:
IS Department Manager for Compliance and Risk Advisory

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Building and delivering IS Risk Assessment Service as part of the Compliance and Risk Assessment Department._

The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Responsibility for defining, designing, implementing, managing security risk assessments and the regulatory compliance assessments
- _ Ensuring targets achievement in cooperation with customers within the budget_
- _ Providing service management knowledge to the team, vendors and stakeholders and managing expectations_
- _ Incident and service improvement management_
- _ Attending service review, service level agreement and operational level agreement meetings_

**Qualifications for the role**
- Degree in IT field
- 10 years of experience in service management and 3+ years people and vendors management
- Certificates: CISA and/ or CISM, ITIL Foundation, CRISC.
