**Daily Online Tuition - Smarter Learning, Every Day**
- Online Tuition Classes from 7:30 PM to 9:40 PM for State and CBSE students. (Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays)
- 3 structured sessions of 40 minutes each with short breaks.
- Classes led by expert teachers with a _15-minute concept explanation_, followed by hands-on_doubt clearance, exercises and assignment support_**.**:

- This boosts concept clarity, discipline, and consistent learning habits.

**Virtual Meeting with Family-Teacher-Psychologist**
- Weekly virtual trio-meetings (Student with Parents + Teacher + Psychologist)
- Build stronger **family and social bonding.**:

- Talking beyond the syllabus develops public speaking communication skills, academic interest, confidence, goal setting, and self-expression skills.
- Monitor academic progress, emotional well-being, social behaviour, and addresses challenges such as learning disabilities, hyperactivity, lack of concentration, stress, anxiety, and ADHD.
- Builds emotional intelligence, confidence, and decision-making, self-esteem and a strong foundation for leadership.

**WE REQUIRE**:
Office Assistant - 1 Post

**Core Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**
- Manage and organize digital files, records, and documents.
- Schedule meetings, webinars, and internal team events.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors (if necessary).

2. **Communication**
- Serve as a point of contact between students, educators, and internal teams.
- Help prepare and format communications such as newsletters, announcements, or reports.

3. **Platform and Course Support**
- Help upload course materials, videos, or documents to the learning platform.
- Assist educators in setting up online classes or troubleshooting minor tech issues.
- Monitor course content for accuracy, completeness, or broken links.

4. **Data Entry and Record-Keeping**
- Input student registration details, attendance, and progress data.
- Generate and maintain reports for management on student engagement or operational metrics.

5. **Customer Service**
- Resolve or escalate common issues related to accounts, access, or enrollment.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Google Classroom).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic tech troubleshooting capabilities.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Minimum Requirement**: Any bachelor’s degree

**Preferred**: A **Degree** in Business Administration (MBA), or similar

Must be passionate and dynamic.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Familiarity with administrative procedures and software tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in **English and Malayalam**is necessary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
