**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Takshashila School of Civil Services' programs.
- Identify and attend education fairs, conferences, and other events to showcase Takshashila School of Civil Services.
- Work closely with the admissions team to generate leads and manage the lead nurturing process.
- Promote Takshashila School of Civil Services.
- Analyze marketing data and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an UPSC/APSC based education institute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
