**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote Exponent Classes across various platforms including schools, colleges, and community centers.
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters to potential students and parents.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions to showcase the benefits and success stories of Exponent Classes.
- Organize and manage promotional events, workshops, and seminars to increase visibility and attract new students.
- Ensure smooth execution of events, including setting up booths, managing registrations, and providing on-site support.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Gather feedback from students and parents to continuously improve marketing strategies and offerings.
- Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with the institute’s goals.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other vendors for marketing material production
- Maintain records of marketing activities and prepare regular reports on outreach efforts and their effectiveness.
- Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, educational counselors, and community leaders to enhance referral networks.
- Engage with current students and alumni to leverage word-of-mouth marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Enthusiasm for education and a passion for helping students succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
