BWR is headquartered in Bengaluru and has a pan-India presence. The rating team is headed by the analytical prowess of the industry’s most experienced credit analysts and bankers.

BWR offers rating services to Bank Loans, NCD, Commercial papers, Bonds, Mutual Funds, PPMLDs, and Security Receipts. BWR’s ratings have rated over 100,000 large Corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions, State and local Governments, and small businesses. BWR provides investors and lenders, with timely and in-depth research across structured finance, public finance, financial institutions, project finance, and corporate sectors.

**Primary Responsibility**:

- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform data cleaning and wrangling to prepare datasets for analysis, ensuring data is in a usable format.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Google Dashboards to effectively present findings and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights based on analyses.
- Identify patterns and trends in data, translating them into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
- Assist in documenting processes and methodologies to improve data handling and reporting practices.

**Competency / Skills**:

- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; proficiency in Power BI and experience with Google Dashboards.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, identifying trends and patterns.
- Expertise in creating visualizations that effectively communicate complex data.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support cross-functional data needs.

**Educational Qualification**:
**Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a similar field will be given preference.
