**About the Role**:
Join us as an MIS, and you’ll make sure we can give accurate and insightful Management Information our clients, vendors and internal central management team. This is a role that’s about driving performance-and shaping our approach to global recruitment challenges. And because we’re big on creating home-grown leaders, it’s also an opportunity to develop and progress rapidly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management information to our clients and our Board
- Work closely with the Leads to provide any analysis they need
- Provide information around site-specific financial data, including costs and savings
- Source market intelligence
- Provide weekly rate reporting for the payroll department along with monthly accrual and cost reporting for all external resources at the client site
- Allocate both temporary and permanent hires to the right cost centres
- Process quarterly audits of cost centre approvers and report distribution lists with the nominated client representatives
- Provide quarterly vendor statistics so we can assess their performance levels
- Deliver account analysis and reconciliation information
- Monitor financial account activity across all vendors
- Contribute to the preparation process for client reviews to help us ensure we always deliver on our Service Level Agreements
- Act as the first point of contact if any financial administration issues are escalated
- Make sure our client billings to are correct, troubleshooting any issues
- Produce planned and ad-hoc reports, always ensuring there’s consistency when it comes to data and Presentation
