RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create awareness about the program in the communities and work on

getting free / low-cost spaces (Anganwadi/panchayat hall/ low end small

school/ NGO centre.) for starting centres through partnerships.
- Develop conducive and effective learning environment
- Make timetables for classes and arrange for substitution in case of

teacher’s absence.
- Visit all centres as per the plan to monitor and evaluate teacher

performance and keep the upkeep of the premises.
- Monitor teaching and assess, evaluate, report & document students’

learning progress and performance in the reqd format.
- Coordinate with VIDYA office staff, programme teachers and corporate

volunteers for participation of students in VIDYA events/functions. Be

available to accompany students for donor visits.
- Organize monthly meetings of all stakeholders to share concerns or

clarify doubts on syllabus, teaching techniques, student progress, or any

other matter related to pedagogy.
- Notify students for the VIDYA Scholarship program.
- Collate weekly reports from teachers and prepare MIS reports in the

required format.
- Submit reports for Donors on a quarterly basis/ when reqd. as per the

required format.
- Work with relevant staff and Management team to prepare a

comprehensive budget.
- Ensure that sound bookkeeping procedures are followed.
- Maintain accounts and submit bills in the VIDYA office every month;
clear all account related matters with the accountant.
- Identify support needs (that could be met by volunteers) and help in

preparing the Volunteer Menu card
- Perform any other task assigned by the VIDYA Management.
- Always strive to hone own skills by attending assigned training

programs, and by self-study - on teaching, improving digital literacy, and

communication skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
