**Company** : Company is into renewable energy segment and world largest organisation in their segment. It's 100% subsidiary of German Parent Company and has their HO at Bangalore and manufacturing set up is at Erode & Sullurpeta

**Education ** : Graduation with MBA preferred

**Experience** : 6+ Years working experience as EA for Senior Management is essential

**Key Responsibilities**: Liaison with different agencies such as MNRE, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Finance, DGFT, Central Excise and Customs and other agencies for relationship building.

**ROLE Description**:
This is a key role, supporting the work of EWEPL Management at the most senior level. Reporting to the VC & MD and Board members, you will be required to:

- Support the day-to-day work of the Managing Director
- Service Enercon’s Senior Management Team Meetings
- Service the Board

You will have access to confidential information, always requiring absolute discretion. Enercon is a busy organization and therefore the ability to organize and prioritize tasks is a key requirement. You will have demonstrable experience of working at a similar level and proven administrative, secretarial and office skills. You will need to be able to plan, organize anticipate requirements well in advance to support the smooth running of the business.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Keeping a close watch on all organizational activities in absence of the VC & MD, as you will work as the ears and eyes of the Board members. This means you will be vigil on what is going on the office and report in the most pragmatic way to the management whereby they shall be able to take action appropriately as and when required.

2. You will be the sole point of contact and will be the interface between the VC & MD and rest of the world. This means your approach to people and situation should be highly matured, your communication and inter personal relationship must be well maintained at all levels of employees.

3. You will represent the company in the most professional way to get the job done within the organization and outside as well.

4. You have to ensure that a strong communication link between VC&MD/Board Members. You have to be highly judgmental in your action and behavior.

5. Since you have to handle highly confidential matters, it is your sole responsibility that you will not divulge any information pertaining to the organization or business directly, indirectly or even remotely to anybody within or outside the organization.

6. Since we are in a highly competitive business environment it is your responsibility to gather as much as market intelligence pertaining to our business and share with the VC & MD from time to time.

7. It is also part of your responsibility to close interact with all HoD’s and understand their concerns and suggestions which should be presented to VC & MD in order find amicable solutions for organizational development and harmony.

8. Gathering business intelligence in terms of policy changes, pertaining to our business is also one of your responsibilities.

9. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Managing Director’s work including appointments and the diary, travel and accommodation as required in addition to managing dates, producing agendas, minutes, and all key paperwork for meetings.

10. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be experienced at dealing with a range of external stakeholders including Enercon’s key client groups, with industry and business support at local, regional, and national levels in addition to Enercon’s Board.

**Working with the Managing Director**, the board, the Senior Management Team, and other staff to:
1. Ensure statutory requirements are identified and met

2. Contribute to the overall development of Enercon and its activities

3. Maintain and develop systems, procedures, and records in line with the organization’s policies and objectives

4. Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information

5. Work within the framework of Enercon’s corporate plan as directed by the Managing Director

6. Support the Managing Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets, and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners

7. Support the Managing Director in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required

8. Under the guidance of the Managing Director ensure Enercon’s corporate methods for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of Enercon’s strategic initiatives and the impact of investments that Enercon makes are applied.
