**Role : UX Designer**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Play a key role in designing and developing best-in-class end to end workflow solutions for EPS productivity suites
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centred design process
- Create holistic design solutions that address business and end-user requirements collaboratively with R&D and Product Management organizations
- Create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, sketches and screen flows along with visual design skills
- Play a key role in establishing DOT-Design 2.0 evolution - Define and design consistency in usability across workflows and components in our portfolio of products

**MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in design communication, human-computer interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (enterprise software products)
- Mastery in Interaction design with good competency in Portfolio level end to end UX design capabilities
- Any experience with user research synthesis and translation to wire frames/prototype UX designs would be highly desirable
- E2E Portfolio design capabilities and experience
- Capability to work using sketch or Adobe Suite Products
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (including user research, product management and engineering)
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions
- Ability to take ownership of design process and work as a self-directed member of the design team
- Strong user experience focus and understanding of human behaviour

**DESIRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience participating in complete product development lifecycle
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles as well as current technologies and evolution of design space
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to grasp multiple product requirements with careful attention to detail
- Ideally a Batchelors or Master’s degree in design e.g M.Des
- Or in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience

**EPS - Empowering Packaging & Print Industries
