**Job Title: System Administrator**

**Position Overview**:
As a System Administrator at LogicApps Technologies, you will manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other systems. You will work to ensure our systems' availability, performance, and security while providing technical support to our internal teams. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Management**: Install, configure, and maintain servers (both physical and virtual), operating systems, and related software. Ensure systems are updated and patched regularly.
- **Network Administration**: Manage and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- **Security**: Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the IT infrastructure. Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. Regularly test backup processes and perform restorations as needed.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date systems, configurations, and procedures documentation. Create and update operational manuals and guides.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support various projects and initiatives. Assist in the planning and implementation of new technologies.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay current with industry trends and advancements. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Experience with network administration and security tools.
- **Problem-solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent are preferred.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
