**Eligibility Criteria**

i) Minimum 24 months experience, must be aware of Hindi and Kannada

ii) Should be aware of basic Excel and Able to handle team

iii) Banking Knowledge is a must.

a) Identify and access future and current training needs

b) Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses client and ops Needs

c) Deploy a wide variety of training methods in the new hires and refreshers

d) Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, development, and best Practices

e) Preparing Training Reports, Dashboards, and Review Presentation

f) Regular Updates to be rolled out on the floor, Periodic PKT on the floor and self-login to be updated on product/process/customer VOC

h) Provide Opportunities for ongoing Development

i) Business Intelligence for operational deliverables and excellence

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,146.77 - ₹30,000.69 per month
