**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct **process and soft skills training** for new hires and existing employees.
- Design and develop **training modules, SOPs, and process documents**.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job monitoring.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify performance gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
- Maintain detailed training reports, feedback summaries, and performance trackers.
- Support continuous learning by implementing **refresher training programs** and knowledge updates.
- Ensure process compliance and improve efficiency through regular audits and coaching.
- Stay updated with new tools, products, and process changes to ensure accurate knowledge transfer.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA or HR/Operations specialization preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a **Process Trainer** (preferably in BPO, KPO, or service-based sectors).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and feedback skills.
- Ability to manage multiple batches and meet tight timelines.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Experience in **client communication or stakeholder management**.
- Certification in **Training & Development** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Flexible to work in shifts (if required).
