Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a BPO Trainer. The BPO Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for new hires and existing team members. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, preparing training materials, evaluating employee performance through assessments, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and ensure trainees stay updated with industry standards and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Training Delivery, Curriculum Design, and Knowledge Management
  • Proficiency in Performance Evaluation, Feedback Mechanisms, and Employee Development
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the BPO sector or experience in a customer service environment is a plus
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt and stay updated with industry trends and training methods
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related fields preferred
