**Role Overview**:
As the Partnership and Strategic Alliance Lead, you will drive Tummoc's mission by establishing, nurturing, and expanding partnerships with public sector organizations, private corporations, and think tanks. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in operational collaborations, revenue generation, project implementation, and market penetration. You’ll be responsible for fostering valuable alliances, implementing key projects, and managing cross-functional collaboration to achieve our ambitious growth and innovation targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Partnership Development
- Build and maintain key partnerships with government agencies (e.g., Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation), private companies (e.g., first & last mile connectivity),
- Drive partnership initiatives across B2B and B2C segments, identifying areas for strategic collaboration that align with Tummoc’s mission and long-term goals.
- Act as Tummoc’s primary representative in meetings, events, conferences, and competitions, effectively conveying our mission and fostering strong, productive relationships with stakeholders.

2. Public Sector Collaboration
- Work directly with state transport agencies and government bodies to coordinate tenders and the deployment of Tummoc’s solutions, ensuring all partnerships are aligned with regulatory and strategic guidelines.

3. New Initiative Leadership
- Take ownership of new initiatives from ideation through to implementation, conducting thorough research and building projects from scratch.
- Translate Tummoc’s annual goals into actionable projects, identifying growth opportunities and adapting plans based on evolving market trends and industry insights.

4.Brand Visibility & Market Penetration
- Drive brand awareness and market engagement through strategic content creation, podcast partnerships, and influencer campaigns, enhancing Tummoc’s visibility and public profile.

5. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Oversee project milestones and facilitate effective coordination between technical, operational, and cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth and timely rollouts.
- Lead high-impact projects, such as ticketing solutions, by collaborating closely with product and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution.

6. Think Tank & Knowledge Partner Engagement
- Engage with knowledge partners to integrate research-driven insights and innovations into Tummoc’s projects, and gain access to relevant events and speaker opportunities.
- Maintain active relationships with think tanks and thought leaders to stay informed on industry trends, policy shifts, and emerging data in the transportation sector.

7. Stakeholder Representation
- Confidently represent Tummoc in stakeholder meetings and industry events, delivering impactful presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Google Suite, with strong presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience:

- Track Record: proven experience in operational collaborations with public/private stakeholders; experience with high-profile projects
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of multimodal transport systems and regulatory frameworks; experience in public transport solutions is a plus.
- Strategic Acumen: Strong ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities that align with organizational goals.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and manage complex stakeholder interactions.
- Project Management: Solid project management skills with a collaborative approach to managing cross-functional initiatives.
