Job Summary Dealberg is seeking a dynamic and partnership-driven Manager – Strategic Alliances to lead our experience and brand partnership initiatives. This role will focus on developing and managing experience-based alliances for corporate gifting and employee engagement programs, while also supporting brand tie-ups that expand our offerings. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to turn collaborations and experiences into meaningful value for clients and partners alike. Key Responsibilities 1. Experience Alliances & Partnerships - Identify, onboard, and manage partners offering experiential rewards such as travel, dining, leisure, wellness, and entertainment experiences. - Curate a diverse portfolio of experiences tailored for corporate gifting, employee engagement, and client reward programs. - Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service-level agreements with experienced providers. - Ensure seamless integration of experiential offerings into Dealberg’s gifting and procurement ecosystem. 2. Rewards & Recognition Ecosystem - Develop strategic alliances that enhance Dealberg’s value proposition for corporate rewards and recognition programs. - Design and launch experience-led campaigns and engagement programs for enterprise clients. - Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine partner offerings based on client feedback and utilisation data. 3. Brand Alliances (Secondary Focus) - Support the team in identifying and onboarding brand partners across lifestyle, F&B, electronics, and gifting categories. - Collaborate with the brand partnerships team to build combined experience + product bundles for clients. - Coordinate with marketing and procurement teams for partnership activations and joint initiatives. 4. Business Development & Growth - Build a strong partner ecosystem that contributes to client satisfaction, retention, and incremental revenue. - Develop innovative partnership models and campaigns that enhance client engagement and Dealberg’s market presence. - Track alliance performance, manage partner relationships, and identify areas for optimization. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams across operations, marketing, and procurement to execute alliance deliverables. - Partner with finance for agreement management, invoicing, and reconciliation. - Support sales and client success teams with curated partnership options for proposals and RFPs. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 3–4 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or category management, preferably within the corporate gifting, rewards, or experience-driven solutions space. - Proven ability to negotiate, onboard, and manage partnerships end-to-end. Key Skills - Strong understanding of experiential gifting and corporate engagement solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Ability to conceptualize and execute creative partnership campaigns. - Data-driven approach with a focus on performance tracking and partner ROI. - High ownership, adaptability, and collaborative mindset suited for fast-paced environments.
