**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit markets daily to meet retailers/wholesalers and collect orders.
- Create and follow a sales plan to sell old stock.
- Show samples to buyers, negotiate, and close deals.
- Keep records of orders and prepare simple daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse/production teams for delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and suggest promotions for slow-moving items.
- Collect payments and submit on time as per company policy.
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights.

**Required Skills / Qualifications**
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred, not mandatory).
- 2-3 years of field sales experience (Garments/Wholesale/FMCG preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in direct selling and ready for market travel.
- Basic knowledge of record keeping (Excel/WhatsApp).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable.
- Two-wheeler with license preferred.

**Incentives & Benefits**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
