**Job Title: FMCG Production Planner**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and manage production schedules to meet sales forecasts and customer demands.**:

- **Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure raw materials availability.**:

- **Analyze demand trends, production capacity, and inventory levels to optimize scheduling.**:

- **Monitor production workflow and adjust plans to address delays, equipment breakdowns, or shortages.**:

- **Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless operations.**:

- **Implement strategies to minimize waste, reduce downtime, and optimize resource utilization.**:

- **Generate reports on production performance, efficiency, and adherence to planned schedules.**:

- **Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in all production planning activities.**:

- **Utilize ERP/MRP systems for planning and scheduling, ensuring accurate data management.**:

- **Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and scheduling processes.**

**Key Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.**:

- **3-5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in FMCG, food, or manufacturing industries.**:

- **Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.).**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.**:

- **Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.**:

- **Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and demand planning techniques is a plus.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience in food & beverage, bakery, or consumer goods industries.**

Pay: ₹15,579.10 - ₹50,000.00 per month
