**Position Overview**

We are seeking **talented and driven Marketing Staff** who are passionate about promoting healthy dairy products and building strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact in the local market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales of fresh milk and curd
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets, supermarkets, and distributors
- Conduct field visits and customer engagement activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets (1000+ liters/month)
- Represent the brand at local events and promotional campaigns

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in FMCG or dairy product marketing preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Thrissur market is a plus
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree

**Compensation & Incentives**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
