**Role Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented **Sales Officer** to join our **Boche Tea Division**. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring seamless operations in the assigned regions. This position requires someone with a strong background in FMCG sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Development**: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to increase the footprint of Boche Tea in Palakkad, Alappuzha, and Kottayam.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Drive sales in the assigned territory, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- **Distributor and Retailer Management**: Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers to foster loyalty and ensure smooth product distribution.
- **Product Promotion**: Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and in-store activations to enhance product visibility and boost sales.
- **Market Research**: Monitor and analyze customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- **Inventory Control**: Ensure distributors and retailers maintain adequate stock levels and coordinate timely replenishments.
- **Operational Excellence**: Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to guarantee smooth and timely product delivery.
- **Customer Engagement**: Address distributor and retailer inquiries promptly, providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present accurate sales reports, market insights, and performance data to management.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in FMCG sales, preferably in Consumer Goods, tea, or similar product categories.
- **Education**: Graduation in any discipline or substantial relevant experience in sales.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of FMCG distribution channels and market dynamics.
- **Mobility**: Willingness to travel extensively within designated location
- **Attributes**: Self-driven, customer-centric, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
