1) Managing a team of Sales Managers, Sr. Relationship Officers and Relationship Officers to generate business efficiently2) Coordinating with the Call centre Manager & Strategy team to create successful mass activities in stores for max lead generations.(Smart AADHAR card activity, VEDOL Health check up activity, Financial health check activity)
3) Maintain quality track of database and feedback and constant approach towards Relationship Officers target achievements.(LMS/MIS/DASHBOARD REVIEW)
4) Conducting individual and collective coaching sessions of the team after regular intervals based on internal, customer and client feedback.
5) Maintaining quality level of each and every executives.
6) Setting targets and always over achieving it and maintain the same attitude in the team.
7) Major activity was towards involving myself more into frontline sales to train and make executives give on field training also simultaneously manage vendors.
