1.Ensuring underwriting technical standards and underwriting profit by Prudent Risk selection.
2.Adequate Pricing of products and risks.
3.Monitoring and Management of portfolio.
4.Contribute for conceptualisation and development of new products.
5.To Create and maintain a sustainable portfolio in line with Underwriting policy of the company and to achieve underwriting technical standards.
6.Developing underwriting Policy, guidelines review.
7.Process development, implementation, review and continual improvement.
8.Development of team and sharing of knowledge.
9.Imparting knowledge to sales team to aid customer satisfaction.
10.To achieve targeted sales and combined ratio on motor portfolio.
12.To guide, train, drive Managers and sales team of the company to generate motor insurance business.
