Job Briefwere looking for a results-driven sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage prospects. you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client in order to boost top-line revenue growth,customer acquistions levles and profitabilty.Salary Range: Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 40,000, based on skills, experience, and interview performance.Work Arrangement: Work From OfficeGender Preference: Male Female bothExperience Requirement: 1 - 2 Years of Experience in sales.Location: Thane WestWorking Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday to SaturdayResponsibility* Present, promote and sell products/services using solid communication to existing and prospective customers.* Perform cost-benefit & needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.* Reach out to client leads through cold calling.* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.* Co-ordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.* Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.* Supply managment with reports on customer needs, problmes, intrests, competitive activities & potential for new products & services.* Keep abreast of best practise & promotional trends continuously improve through feedback. REQUIRMENTS AND SKILLS * Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.* Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.* Prioritizing, Time management & Organizational skills.* Ability to creat & deliver presentations tailored to the client needs.* Relationship management skills and opennes feedback.
