Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We're hiring Inside Sales Executives who are driven, articulate, and passionate about helping people grow. This is a consultative sales role involving direct interaction with prospective learners to guide them toward suitable career upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80–100 calls daily to engage potential learners
  • Understand their career goals and suggest appropriate programs
  • Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions when needed
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
  • Log all interactions and leads in the CRM system accurately

Who Can Apply?

  • Freshers eager to start a career in sales
  • Professionals with up to 3 years of B2C sales experience (any industry)
  • Prior EdTech or telesales experience is a plus
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn

Education Requirement

  • Graduation in any stream (mandatory)
