Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract top talent in the FinTech space.Oversee employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.Manage performance evaluation processes to ensure consistent feedback and growth.Design and implement learning and development programs for employees.Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and culture initiatives.Utilise HR analytics to inform decision-making and improve processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Director - HR should have:

A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR leadership roles within the Technology & Telecoms or FinTech industry.Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.Expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development.Excellent communication and leadership skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation.
