Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&A Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up finance and accounts teams for our clients, primarily within the recruitment industry.

As the key point of contact, you will engage directly with CFOs and other senior finance leaders to understand their unique team requirements and hiring needs. Leveraging your deep understanding of the finance landscape, you will identify, attract, and place high-caliber candidates in relevant positions within the client's F&A department.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Lead efforts in acquiring new clients and expanding key accounts within India. P&L Responsibility: Manage profit and loss for F&A sectors, ensuring financial goals are met. Solution-Oriented: Identify and solve business problems, continuously streamlining processes for efficiency. Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities in the recruitment sector through networking and knowledge management. Social Media Engagement: Utilize social media channels to attract new clients and business opportunities in recruitment. Team Leadership: Build and develop a robust, profitable team, mentoring members and allocating roles effectively. Client Consultation: Provide market intelligence, industry insights, and counsel to clients and internal team members. Business Strategy: Prepare and monitor business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives. TAT Compliance: Ensure timely task delivery by managing team performance and allocation.
