Purpose of the JobThe Cluster Manager, will be responsible for leading a retail team who can ensure the store is focused on achieving sales goals, customer service and the shopping experience, and developing internal talent and to create, recommend, and implement ideas to help BIBA store reach all goals and objectives. This role works closely with distributors and Marketing team and to ensure enhancement of brand image.Key Result Areas for the Incumbent-Process Responsibilities·Drives sales activities and implements ways to improve volume and profit; tracks sales and productivity·Ensuring effective Inventory management for the concept in the territory ( order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock return and shrinkage)·Review and analyze, articulate, and solve complex problems related to stock and sales and concepts to make effective business decisions· Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action· Ensure pricing of merchandise as per prescribed matrix· Ensuring monthly feedback Concept on sales, stock positions and product feedback to be shared· Strategize and seek opportunity for concept expansion in the territory· Ensuring completion of new projects in a timely manner· Identify locations for stores as per reuired process and quality and Understand Territory dynamics (demographics, consumer behaviour, market understanding etc)·Ensuring VM Implementation, SOP adherence, Stock Transfer, Petty cash approvals, Repairs & maintanances-People Management Responsibilities·Maintain regular connect with staff (Housing & Transport) and snsure welfare activities are planned·Hand holding new joinees and basic induction formalities timely manner·Train and monitor store manager to ensure grievances are resolved in a timely manner·Manage the Store Managers – their performance, Training, development interventions and growth·Manage and provide direction to the team. Set team goals and regularly measure team performance.·Hiring, Training and Evaluation of Staff·Manage Employees Incentives and Attendance approvals-Financial Responsibilities·Cost control·Petty cash Approvals§Rent negotiationsKey Behavioral competencies required to perform this role-Essential1.Communication2.Customer Focus3.People Management & Development-Desirable1.Initiative,2.Raising Productivity/ Planning3.Organizing, Leadership skillsKey Technical competencies required to perform this role-Essential1. Expertise in MS Office2. Data interpretation capability3. Channel management skills4.Understanding of the key performance indicators5. Inventory Management6. Results orientation7. Customer orientation-Desirable1.Negotiations Skills2.Planning , Organizing,3.Co-coordinating & Monitoring skills4.Brand & product management skills5. Ability to think , plan & execute large an agenda6.Good leadership skills7.Project ManagementKey Performance Indicators1.Targets vs. Achievement2.Shrinkage control3.Mystery shopping4.VM scored cards5.SPF/MPF6.Retention7.
