Roles and Responsibilities

Job description:
Be the custodian of Brand voice and tonality across teams, platforms and formats
Be involved in content design & layout development, audio and video presentation
Understand briefs, develop concepts, write scripts to the needs of new projects targeted
at consumer communication
Idea generation, character development, visualization, screenplay writing, and crafting of voice over or dialogue
Structuring the work within a specific tone and genre

Adapt at writing engaging and effective copy for digital, across formats and platforms
Comfortable with long and short form content
Writing for different formats:
thought leadership, explainers, motion graphics
live action, performance ads, direct emailers, website, app
demos, case studies etc
Writing keeping in mind the platform, ensure implementation of new trends and best practice

Category understanding
Conducting research on the assigned topic
Assisting in crafting the communication along with the Product/Media team
Narrating and pitching ideas to the internal and external stakeholders
Proofreading and editing content that adds value to Brand
Ability to simultaneously initiate, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment and communicate any issues and delays with the team
Collaborate and work with the team and external agencies to achieve common goals
and objectives

Desired Profile
A passion for writing, all things creative and digital
Passionate about the ad and film world; interest in Auto and Pop Culture is bonus
Well-read and great communication with strong interpersonal skills
A knack for editing and proofreading; eye for detail
Good research skills, curious and interested in learning new topics
Basic search engine knowledge a plus
Eager to grow and learn new skills
A go-getter, self-starter, team player, with a positive attitude
Degree in Eng literature/mass communication/journalism is preferred
