JOB DETAILS 1.Coordination with government departments for approvals like Plans approval, Site appraisal for (CPP & Cement Plant), Panchayat Union and Local panchayat approvals, Fire & health department approvals etc.2.Responsible for Regulation of contract labour employment, Assessment of contract works, Registration - Preparation of Application for Registration, Co-ordination with concerned department to obtain Registration, submission of periodic Returns. 3.Ensuring Contractor to obtain related license under contract labour, Inter-state migrant Act, Building and construction work Act and guiding them, Issue of Form V to contractors, Issuing Form V I under ISMW Act, Follow up the Contractors to the submit the same to Appropriate Authority 4.Ensuring coverage of EPF to all contract labours, Ensuring submission of proofs by contractors on EPF Payments, attendance, Wage Register, Coordinating in preparing EPF statement of Contractors and sending report to DPM for remittance & documentation of the same 5.Coordination & Ensuring coverage of Workmen under Workmen Compensation Policy for Contract Labour and follow up with contractor in renewal of policy in time. 6.Periodic submittion of Returns to the Govt. under Factories Act 1948 and other Allied Acts including Factory License on time 7.Maintaining the statutory records and registers, Regular updation of records and forms for 27 Contractors under Factories and other 30 Labour Related Laws ensuring reliability and retrial of the same 8.Effective liaison with Central Labour Department Officials, Inspectorate of Factories, EPF officials. 9.Responsible for Ensuring timely submission of HR MIS & Dash Board to Chennai Office and handling related clarification.
