Job Description
Regulatory Compliance
Timely filings and disclosures to SEBI, IFSCA, Income Tax Department, and other relevant regulatory bodies (Trustee, Custodian etc)Monitor ongoing compliance with the SEBI, IFSC, SEZ, FEMA, Income Tax Act and other applicable laws.Liaison with the SEBI, GIFT and IFSC authorities for Fund related compliances and reportingObtain and manage regulatory registrations with SEBI and IFSCMaintain up-to-date records of all licenses, approvals, and registrations required by the Fund and its Investment Manager.Reporting and Governance
Establish, implement, and update the Fund's Compliance and Risk Management Framework, including policies for good governance, AML, cyber security, data protection etcAct as the primary compliance liaison with SEBI, IFSCA, Trustee and other service providers.Prepare and submit quarterly/annual compliance reports to the Trustee and Investors.Co-ordinate with portfolio compliances to Companies Act and other quarterly and annual compliancesThe Successful Applicant
Good communication skillsHands on experience in Managing regulatory compliance of listed entity-
