The Successful Applicant

PGDM/ MBA ( Tier 1 ) only.10+ years serving in the talent management function. (IT/ ITES Domain experience)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies in dynamic environments.
