Job Title: Branding and Marketing Account ManagementLocation: [Kolkata] | HybridDepartment: Marketing & BrandingReports To: Business Heads / Management Heads /Function HeadExperience: 3–6 years in brand management, client servicing, or marketing rolesRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Branding and Marketing Account Executive to and manage the end-to-end branding and marketing initiatives for HRG and its sub-brands. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative oversight, project management, and hands-on execution.This is a Independent Contributor, you roles will entail strategy to design to execute and analyze the outcomes and enhance communication to meet the desired goals of the business both organic and inorganic strategy. Key Responsibilities:Brand ManagementEnsure consistent brand identity across all channels and materialsDevelop and implement brand positioning strategies for HRG and its verticalsCoordinate with design and content teams to maintain visual and messaging consistencyMarketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop integrated marketing plans (online + offline) to drive brand awareness and lead generationPlan and execute campaigns across social media, email, web, and eventsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to create segment-specific marketing solutions (B2B & B2C)Account ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and agency partnersPrepare campaign briefs, timelines, and reporting structuresManage creative agencies, digital vendors, and freelance talentContent OversightDevelopment of marketing content (blogs, case studies, social posts, brochures, videos, etc.)Ensure that all content aligns with HRG’s tone, voice, and brand strategyEnsure highest standard of quality control controlEnsure content meets the industry protocols and brand protocolsDesign OversightDesign brand and marketing materials including but not restricted to social media, digital, print, corporate communicationDo quality analysis and design impact reporting Train brand stakeholders on design SOPS for brands Performance & AnalyticMonitor campaign KPIs and regularly report on ROI, engagement, and brand health metricsUse insights to optimize marketing strategies and budget allocationsRequirementsRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProven experience in brand/account management, preferably in HR, recruitment, or B2B servicesStrong understanding of digital marketing, campaign planning, and content developmentExcellent communication, coordination, and presentation skillsProficiency in using tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platformsPreferred Attributes:Creative thinker with a strategic mindsetStrong project management and multitasking skillsKnowledge of employer branding, talent marketing, or recruitment marketing is a plusEducation : Grad / Post Grad - with Marketing as a Major is a MustBenefitsCompetitive salary and performance incentivesOpportunity to shape and grow reputable brands in the HR/Skill Development/Social Cause spaceCollaborative, growth-oriented work environment
