It is known for its focus on innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions to its clients.Job DescriptionDesign and execute benefits programs across APAC (health, retirement, time off, etc.).Align global rewards strategy with local market needs.Champion wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives.Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective service delivery.Administer benefits programs with accuracy and efficiency.Ensure compliance with local regulations and analyze program effectiveness.Present strategic insights to leadership using centralized data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.).The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.7+ years in benefits management across APAC (Australia, India, Singapore).Strong understanding of regional compliance and market trends.Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
