Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). Minimum 2 years of work experience in insurance industry2. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English3. "Hunger" to achieve and "Can do" attitude4.
