Speaking to Nova's prospective clients 2. Understanding their unique requirements 3. Explaining and sharpening Nova's value-proposition 4. Minimum 2 years of work experience in insurance industry 2. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English 3. "Hunger" to achieve and "Can do" attitude 4. Passion for working for a tech startup 5. Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets 6.
