They are a leader in their field, known for their inclusive culture, focus on professional development, and strong portfolio of sustainable technologies.Job DescriptionImplement market and customer penetration strategies for the Indian foundry bentonite and premix market.Manage projects to ensure accurate, timely, and value-added completion.Achieve target margins for new foundry business based on value-added principles.Develop and build market awareness of the Indian Foundry Bentonite Business and relevant value propositions.Understand and analyze competitors' intelligence.Understand the Clariant Foundry product portfolio.Initiate the Foundry Bentonite Business and continue developing new foundry customers.Provide solutions for customers' unmet needs.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Foundry or Metallurgical Engineering.Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the foundry industry, in either a commercial or technical role.Deep understanding of foundry processes, including melting, resins, and green sand.Must be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently to build a network and establish the business.Open to candidates in the Tamil Nadu region, or Mumbai/Pune/Kolhapur who can travel to the office once a week.
