Job Description

Leading HR Operations to ensure streamlined processes and operations.Developing and implementing HR analytics to support strategic decision-making.Managing HR-related databases and producing actionable reports.Ensuring regulatory compliance in all HR practices.Collaborating with other departments to align HR operations with business objectives.Addressing HR-related queries and providing solutions.Driving HR projects to improve operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager / Senior Manager - HR Operations & Analytics should have:

A Master's or Bachelor's \ degree in Human Resources or a related field.Experience in HR Operations and Analytics, preferably in any industry.Strong analytical skills and knowledge of HR analytics tools.Exposure to dashboards, macros, excel, reporting, HR systems etc.Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
