Job Description
Reporting to Head of Supply & Distribution you should
Develop, Implement and ensure compliance at Supply Locations and Road Logistics.Conduct regular audits of supply locations and road logistics and closure of audit pointsIdentify gaps / training needs and plan internal and external training's for employees in supply locations.Develop compliance & safety reporting framework, implement and ensure continual improvementCoordinate with other departments for seamless integration of safety and compliance regulations.Report on safety performance and compliance to upper management.Investigate safety-related incidents and implement corrective actions.Keep abreast of new regulations and legislation pertaining to safety and compliance in the oil industry.The Successful Applicant
A successful Head Safety and Compliance should have:
BE with Diploma in Safety from the accredited institute/ Any master's degree would be an added qualification18+ years of experience in managing safety for retail outlets, depots & offices across IndiaExcellent communication skills for effective training and awareness programs.Strong problem-solving abilities to investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.-
