We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to join our team as the Head of Compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compliance and M&A, with a strong track record of implementing effective policies and procedures.

Job Description

The Head of Compliance will be responsible for creating, updating, and implementing comprehensive compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal requirements and internal guidelines.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance gaps and vulnerabilities within business operations.
  • Keep abreast of evolving legal and regulatory changes, both domestic and international, to adapt policies and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees at all levels to educate them on compliance requirements and ethical practices.
  • Investigate reported compliance issues, breaches, and violations, making recommendations and implementing corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in compliance, preferably in a listed company.
  • Strong knowledge of M&A and ability to integrate compliances of multiple acquired companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
