Head of Investment Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Investment Compliance. This role is responsible for ensuring that all investment activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance gaps.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to demonstrate compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in investment compliance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
